Fld Organization - Cost Pool

This field contains the Organization for which the cost pool Base amounts will be summarized (for determining the allocation ratios).

When enabled, this is a required field. This field is only enabled when the Base Calculation Method is either Actual Amount or Hours. When the Base Calculation Method is either Fixed Amount or Percent, the allocation ratios are directly established and thus no summing by Organization/Account combination is necessary.

This screen contains an "auto-complete" field (as indicated by the magnifying glass icon displayed along the right side of the field ). This icon is not clickable and is only intended to identify the field as being of type 'auto-complete'.

Data will be populated into these types of fields, by selecting existing entries, vs typing in new entries.

As the user enters characters into this type of field, a dropdown box will appear containing existing entries having the supplied characters anywhere within the entry. As additional characters are supplied, the result set will refresh to display a revised list of matching options. Clicking on one of the available values from the dropdown will populate the field with that specific value.

To clear any current value or replace the current value, you will need to manually select the existing entry and again begin typing the characters you'd like to search on (or select and delete the existing entry and then begin typing the new value).
